I’m sure the thought of dentures to a lot of people is quite worrying, having teeth removed and then having a lump of plastic in your mouth strikes fear into your heart. Well, you have to consider the long term implications, rather than the narrow minded short term view of “how you look” or “what will others think”.
Options like Implants or Root canals may look nicer to an observer but will create long term problems for you, remember those people looking at you, do not live in your body, they do not have to cope with the pain and heartache of disease and illness. So many people contract a serious and often life threatening disease when they have had those artificial things permanently placed into their body.
Your body doesn’t want artificial things permanently placed into it, your immune system will do the job it’s meant to and that is to find unnatural or non self cells and attack them, try to eliminate them and remove them from the temple it calls your body.
So a denture, be it partial or full is definitely a better option, it’s healthier in so many ways, you can take it out of you mouth daily and clean it, clean under it and remove bacteria.
When I was working for Dr Huggins I regularly spoke with people asking a question about dentures, I would do my best to reassure them that dentures are a good option. However please read the article on cavitation’s and how to avoid them before having teeth removed.
You will often be told that the denture will be made to look a similar color to your gums, less offensive and less obvious, actually that is a load of BS so don’t let them do that.
The denture should have the minimal coloring as possible, when it’s colored pink, it is very obvious but there is a bigger factor involved, and that is the coloring agent’s used.
When it is colored pink, the color is made from either mercury or cadmium or both, I’ve said this many times before and I’m sure I’ll say it hundreds of times more. Mercury is the most toxic non radioactive substance on earth, Cadmium is not far behind. So steering clear of both is a good option.
The denture should be made from Clear Acrylic, nearly three years ago I had to have a 6 tooth partial because I had my front six teeth removed. Yes, I was really worried about having it done, but I was lucky to be able to see one of the best dentist’s in the country and probably the best in terms of Huggins trained dentists, Dr Blanche Grube who I honestly believe I owe my life to.
Rest assured, an implant or root canal is a horrible long term thing to have in your mouth, millions of people have contracted a disease or illness since having them, do they realize that this is the reason they became sick? no they don’t understand that. This is because there are billion and trillion dollar organizations spending millions of dollars on advertising to persuade, confuse, brainwash then reassure the public that these artificial things are friendly to the human body.
I ask you this question which I’d like you to spend a little time thinking about: why is America, the most powerful nation in the world, in the bottom half of the sickest nations in the world. Look at statistic’s compiled by the World Health Organization, the last time I looked the USA was number 90 in the list of 174 countries.
Our health is only important to ourselves and our loved ones, big pharma and the other five organizations that make up the group of six that control this country, do not give a hoot. They know that in their long term plan of reducing the population of the world and becoming more and more wealthy in the process is all that matters.

Drinking poison…oh sorry Diet soda…

I know only maybe .01% of people that drink diet soda  actually know what it’s doing in their body, and only a small percentage of those actually care. But if you really knew the dangers that your children were faced with daily and this danger is being multiplied every time they happily glug these popular drinks down I think you’d think differently.

There are three stages the diet soda goes through once it’s passed your lips, Aspartame or Amino Sweet  (same thing) is firstly transformed into Methanol..

Methanol ingested in large quantities is metabolized to formic acid or formate salts, which is poisonous to the central nervous system, and may cause blindness, coma, and death.

As Wikipedia says it’s then metabolized into Formic Acid, if you’ve ever been bitten by those annoying fire ants then you’ll know what formic acid is.

The next stage is even worse, it’s Formaldehyde, a major component of Embalming fluid.

What is formaldehyde?

Formaldehyde is a colorless, flammable, strong-smelling chemical that is used in building materials and to produce many household products. It is used in pressed-wood products, such as particleboard, plywood, and fiberboard; glues and adhesives; permanent-press fabrics; paper product coatings; and certain insulation materials. In addition, formaldehyde is commonly used as an industrial fungicide, germicide, and disinfectant, and as a preservative in mortuaries and medical laboratories.

So the next time you or one of your offspring say they want a Diet Coke think about it, yes it may taste good to you but this toxic drink is laying the foundation for many health problems in the future.

Wheat is good, right…..wrong….

The government and the media tell you to eat MORE wheat… they call it phrases like “wholesome and healthy”. But more and more scientists, nutritionists, and researchers are finding very troubling health issues related to wheat components that most people are eating in almost every meal.

Is Modern Wheat Making You Fat and Sick?

Our hunter gatherer ancestors collected all they could from the ground for food including insects, berries, nuts, etc. In their gathering, they found that the animals were eating grass, and they became curious. They broke it down and somehow incorporated wild wheat into their diet. This grass was called Einkorn and had only 14 chromosomes.

Plants can mate with each other and combine chromosomes. At some point in time, the wild grass Einkorn mated with another type of wild grass and the offspring Emmer ended up with 28 chromosomes – this is the wheat that is mentioned in the Bible. However, this is not the wheat of today, that is for sure.

In the Middle Ages bread was a staple and very common food. Emmer mated with another grass which contributed more chromosomes to result in Spelt, Triticum landraces with 42 chromosomes.

In 1960, when the threat of world population explosion was imminent, there was an investment made in agricultural research where lots of money and time were devoted to new ways to increase wheat yield. At this time, different strains of wheat were crossed over and over again to select certain characteristics and to introduce unique genes.

The resulting wheat yielded up to 10 times more per acre. When this wheat was introduced to many third world countries, famine was greatly reduced within one year. Dr. Norman Borlaug received the Nobel Peace prize for his work creating this high yield strain of wheat.

Because this wheat is so prolific, it has taken over almost all of the world’s wheat supply. There are also about a million acres of what is known as Clearfield Wheat being grown in the Pacific Northwest. It is a semi dwarf strain of wheat that has had its seed and embryos exposed to a chemical, sodium azide, which is an industrial toxin.

The makers of Clearfield wheat claim that their wheat is a result of “enhanced, traditional plant breeding techniques,” making a distinction between genetically modified wheat. However, although no gene splicing techniques were used, many other methods were, such as the purposeful induction of mutations using chemicals, high dose x-ray and radiation techniques to induce mutations coupled with cross breeding. These methods might be far worse than genetic modification, according to Dr. William Davis, author of the book, Wheat Belly.

The government says eat more wheat – what is up with that?

The government tells us that we need to eat more grain, which generally means more wheat. In the food pyramid, we are advised to eat 60% of calories from grains like wheat. The new food plate design also tells us to get at least 1/4 of our calories from wheat. Here is why we need to stop listening to what our government is telling us about the food pyramid:

Modern Wheat is a Serious Appetite Stimulant

It is estimated that up to 10% of the population has a sensitivity to the protein in wheat known as gluten (some estimate it may be higher, closer to 30%). However, the other 90% of people who consume wheat really should not be eating it either. Here are a few reasons why:

Gluten is a two part protein that is comprised of gliadin plus glutenin. Glutenin has a unique elasticity that gives us the ability to stretch our pizza or bread dough or even spin it over our heads, if we are inclined to do so. Gliadin, the other part of the gluten protein, was heavily studied in the 1970′s by psychiatrists who found that if they took all of the wheat out of the diet of their patients with schizophrenia, they improved markedly.

When they put the wheat back, they found that the condition worsened. So the question asked was what was in bread that led schizophrenics to hallucinate? It was traced back to the gliadin protein which, when ingested, enters the brain and binds to opiate receptors where it stimulates appetite.

In addition, gliadin, acting like an opiate in the brain, has other disastrous effects. For example, people with ADHD become hypersensitive and have behavioral outbursts, people with schizophrenia have major hallucinations, people who are bipolar become increasingly manic and those with eating disorders, such as binge eating, will develop food obsessions.

By 1985, everything at the supermarket with wheat in it came from the prolific semi-dwarf strain or a spinoff. Interestingly enough, if you compare what happened to America’s weight prior to and after 1985 it is evident that there was an obesity explosion that is still happening today shortly after the “new” wheat was introduced.

A huge increase in the number of diabetics also followed. Although cause and effect cannot be proven scientifically – it seems evident that we have all been fed an appetite stimulant.

Modern Wheat Destroys Blood Sugar

Two slices of whole wheat bread raise blood sugar higher than 6 teaspoons of table sugar. How does this happen when whole wheat is considered a complex carbohydrate that we are encouraged to eat more of? The complex carbohydrate of wheat is called Amylopectin A, which is highly sensitive to amylase, which we have in our stomach and mouth. This makes it very easy to digest and raises blood sugar rapidly — even more rapidly and to a higher extent than pure table sugar. Wheat for breakfast, wheat for lunch and wheat for snacks results in visceral fat that encircles the intestines, heart, liver and kidneys. Repetitive high blood sugar over and over results in what Dr. Davis calls a “wheat belly.”

Modern Wheat Causes Inflammation

When bacteria or a virus enters the body our immune system responds in many ways. Plants do not have the same type of immune system, but they have lectins which are proteins that are toxic to mold, fungi and insects. Some lectins are benign to humans like the lectin found in spinach while some are very toxic. The lectin in wheat (Wheat Germ Agglutinin) is a four part complex molecule.

When this lectin is isolated and given to rats in very small amounts, it destroys the small intestine. Average Americans consume about 10-20 mg of the wheat lectin in a day, that’s enough to do significant damage.

When we consume wheat the gliadin protein unlocks the normal intestinal barrier and allows foreign substances entry into the bloodstream – substances such as wheat lectin. This is why people who eat wheat have autoimmune and inflammatory distress such as joint inflammation, bowel inflammation, acid reflux, inflammation of the brain, inflammation of the airways etc. In fact, there is not one system that escapes the inflammatory assault of wheat.

What Happens When We Remove Wheat From Our Diet?

First of all, taking wheat out of the diet is not as easy as might think – it is in a lot of foods – even ones we would not associate with having wheat. For example, wheat is in Twizzlers, Campbells Tomato Soup, taco seasoning, frozen dinners, cereals, salad dressings, granola bars and a lot more. Why is there wheat in so many products?

In 1960, we could find wheat only in things where we would expect to find wheat – breads, pastas, pancake mix, etc. Today is an entirely different story – wheat is in all kinds of foods where we would not expect to find it.

Is it possible that food manufacturers know a little something about wheat as an appetite stimulant (on top of the fact that is it heavily subsidized by our government and therefore artificially inexpensive)?

Impact of a Wheat-Free Diet

Dr. Davis tells us that taking wheat out of the diet will result in the following:

  • Improved weight loss
  • Reduced appetite
  • Lowered blood sugar
  • Reduced joint pain
  • Reduced inflammation
  • Improvement in cognitive function
  • Reduced anxiety
  • Reduced food obsessions
  • Reduced blood pressure
  • Reduced triglycerides
  • Increased energy
  • Improved sleep

What About Gluten-Free?

Although going gluten free is a good thing because you avoid problems with gluten and gliadin, wheat germ agglutinin and amylopectin A, gluten-free foods contain other potentially harmful ingredients, mainly potato starch, rice starch, tapioca starch and corn starch. These are the only foods that raise blood sugar almost just as high as the amylopectin A found in wheat.

Warning: If you choose to be gluten free, avoid the commercial gluten free products, at least until you educate yourself on the differences between the various gluten free products on the market.

What Can I Eat?

Eat real, single ingredient non-grain foods as much as possible. You can focus most of your diet on nuts, healthy fats, organic fruits/vegetables, grass-fed beef, organic chicken and turkey, wild caught salmon, cheese, organic eggs, coconuts, avocados, seeds, olive and hemp oils as well as a variety of other foods that are in their natural state. The more processed and refined a food is, the more likely it contains wheat and other byproducts of the refinement process that are just too dangerous to your health.

Magnesium and the immune system:

 Magnesium is one of the most abundant minerals on Earth and one of the most important for the human body. It is estimated that over 80% of Americans are deficient in it. Magnesium deficiencies cause a myriad of health problems that are very rarely ever diagnosed by most health authorities.

Magnesium is critical for muscle and nervous system activation and intracellular energy production. It is also needed for effective digestion and for building RNA and DNA molecules. The body uses magnesium to neutralize inflammatory proteins in the body and to produce key neurotransmitters such as serotonin.

Best sources for magnesium:

The best sources of magnesium include seaweeds, dark green leafy vegetables, raw chocolate (cacao) and fermented vegetables. Raw nuts and seeds are listed as good sources; however, the body is unable to effectively absorb magnesium due to the anti-nutrient phytic acids. When you soak and sprout your nuts and seeds, you remove the phytic acids and make minerals such as magnesium and zinc more bioavailable.

Another outstanding source of magnesium is in raw dairy from grass-fed cows. When the dairy is fermented and made into kefir, amasai or cheese, the magnesium becomes the most bioavailable. The benefits of Probiotics..

The word “bacteria” certainly doesn’t have a pleasant ring to it. It calls to mind pictures of uncleanliness and disease. And if something called E. coli can cause outbreaks every now and then, we may never get beyond our initial perception of bacteria being harmful.

Nevertheless, despite our childhood prejudices brought about by our parents’ instruction of always having to wash our hands before eating, not all bacteria are harmful to humans. Although it is true that many diseases can be attributed to bacterial infections, there are bacteria that are completely harmless. Some perform beneficial functions like converting milk to cheese and others live in our stomach and see to it that we stay healthy.

Bacteria that live in our stomach are called gut flora or popularly known as probiotics. We have a symbiotic relationship with these microorganisms and they are sometimes, in fact, called our “forgotten organ.” Ideally, the ratio of beneficial bacteria to harmful bacteria should be 85 percent to 15 percent respectively. If it were the other way around, problems are bound to arise.

Why do we need probiotics?

Basically, probiotics benefit us in two ways:

First, research has shown that probiotics assist the immune system by preventing colds and flu while speeding up recovery and preventing diseases like irritable bowel, allergies and diarrhea. (

A strong immune system protects the body from infections brought about, ironically, by harmful bacteria. Moreover, if it doesn’t function properly, we tend to suffer from allergies and auto-immune disorders. Recent studies on newborns suffering from asthma and eczema have linked these conditions to abnormal immune responses. Although word has yet to be heard on its ability to prevent asthma, Finnish researchers discovered that children, who at birth were exposed to probiotics, were less likely to develop atopic eczema by 40 percent. (

Second, probiotics play a large part in keeping our digestive tract healthy. Lifestyle, emotional stress, poor food choices are just some of the many reasons that shift the balance of the stomach health in favor of harmful bacteria. Ideally, a healthy digestive tract filters out and eliminates toxins, chemicals, waste products and other harmful bacteria. It also takes in the necessary nutrients and absorbs and delivers them to cells in the body that needs them.

A recent study revealed that probiotics were effective in treating constipation in infants. Italian scientists who were conducting the study studied 44 infants who were suffering from chronic constipation. After eight weeks, they noticed that the infants who were given probiotics experienced a significant improvement in their condition. In fact, the frequency of their bowel movement increased from three to five times in a week.

Another study also revealed that probiotics were successful in treating stomach aches in children. Another Italian study led by Dr. Ruggiero Francavilla discovered that Lactobacillus rhamnosus, a strain of beneficial bacteria, was successful in treating stomach aches when the scientists noticed that those children taking the probiotics experienced a drop in the frequency of their stomach aches from four times to one per week. Furthermore, the children experienced a significant lower level of pain. (

Other benefits attributed to probiotics include:

• The production of vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, D, K

• Helping to maintain healthy cholesterol and triglyceride levels and even blood pressure

• Lower the risk of colon cancer

• Ease symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome and serious bowel disease

It has also been observed that problems in the stomach create not only physical but also psychological imbalances. Recently, it has been reported that disorders like ADD and autism in children, depression and mental fogginess in adults have been connected with intestinal bacteria imbalance creating inflammation of the stomach. This relationship has been identified as the “gut-brain axis.” (

The recent studies on the benefits of probiotics

Probiotics prevent incidents of colds and flu. – In a study conducted in China, 326 children between the ages of three and five-years-old were followed for six months. They were given milk containing either Lactobacillus acidophilus by itself or combined with Bifidobacterium animalis.

Results of the study revealed that those who took Lactobacillus only experienced lesser incidents of coughs or runny noses. If they became sick, their convalescences were shorter and were less likely to miss school. The frequency of antibiotic use was also 68 percent lower.

For the group who took a combined dose of probiotics, they displayed a more positive development by having even lesser incidents of coughs and colds. Their period of convalescence was much lesser compared to the group who took only one probiotics supplement and they used 84 percent fewer antibiotics. The findings of this study suggest that one probiotic supplement may be helpful in dealing with colds and flu but the benefits are more enhanced when two probiotic supplements are taken together.

Probiotics successfully treat ulcers – Scientists from Spain who were studying the beneficial effects of probiotic strains discovered that several unique strains of Bifidobacterium were 95 percent effective in dealing with inflammatory bowel diseases especially ulcers caused by the Helicobacter pylori bacteria.

Accordingly, antibiotic treatment for Helicobacter pylori was found to be neither sufficient nor satisfactory with eradication rates pegged at 70 to 90 percent only.

Long term administration of probiotics in animal subjects, on the other hand, revealed that probiotics can reverse damage to gastric tissues caused by ulcers.

Probiotics can protect the stomach from radiation damage – People fearing the adverse effects from the Fukushima incident and even cancer patients will certainly find this welcoming news. Scientists from Washington University conducted a study comparing radiation effects on mice by giving a group of them probiotics before and after exposure. This group, they discovered were protected against radioactive damage in their intestine.

Normally, cancer patients receiving radiation treatment experience intestinal damage as radiation will destroy both healthy and malignant cells. When probiotics were introduced, however, the damage appears to have been effectively reduced. Beyond radiation treatment, individuals wishing to protect themselves from radiation can certainly derive protection from probiotics.

Probiotics versus antibiotics

Antibiotic literally means against life as opposed to probiotics which means for life. Antibiotics are antibacterial drugs used to treat bacterial infections. It kills bacteria and stops them from multiplying. Before bacteria multiply and cause disease, our immune system can normally destroy them. It is believed, however, that there are times that the body cannot deal with the infection and may need some help from antibiotics. If overused or used incorrectly, there is the chance that bacteria may become resistant or the drug may become less effective against bacteria.

It has long been known that antibiotic use can result in short-term health problems such as diarrhea, stomach aches or rashes. 5 to 39 percent of patients taking antibiotics experience diarrhea as a complication with incidents even occurring up to several weeks after stopping use as antibiotics kill both good and bad bacteria; increasing the susceptibility of an upset stomach.

Thankfully, recent studies have revealed that the use of probiotics offset some of the negative consequences of antibiotic use. In a meta-analysis that looked at 22 different studies, it was found out that probiotics prophylaxis reduced the chances of developing antibiotic diarrhea. Researchers at Harvard Medical School were also able to show that probiotics were effective in preventing diarrhea in both children and adults regardless of the type of probiotics used. It was also discovered that probiotics prevented diarrhea when antibiotics were taken for treatment of H. pylori. (

Is it possible to overdose on probiotics?

There appears to be no reported adverse side effects on the over consumption of probiotics. However, there is the possibility that flatulence or bloating may be experienced but such discomfort goes away. People with short bowel syndrome may be more likely to develop a lactobacillus infection. Consult with your doctor before taking lactobacillus.

Among children and the elderly, especially people with compromised immune systems, infection is also a possibility. People with artificial heart valves are advised not to take probiotics on the rare chance of possible infection.

Allergic reactions may also be a possibility. The University of Maryland reports a rare case of an allergic reaction in a person taking a prebiotic. Allergic reactions may also happen such as when certain foods are consumed for probiotics reasons such as yogurt but the patient is allergic to dairy.

Although probiotics appear to have limited drug interactions, the University of Maryland reports that probiotics may interact with sulfasalazine, a drug used to treat ulcerative colitis, speeding up its metabolism.

Does splenda damage your gut health?


Splenda®, also known as sucralose, is an artificial, chemical sweetener. You might eat lots of it without knowing in certain “light” foods, “reduced sugar”, or other diet foods.

Despite advertisements stating “Made from Sugar, so it Tastes like Sugar”, which attempt to confuse consumers, Splenda® is not natural and contains no elements of natural sugar.

The debate over the dangers of fluoride has been ongoing for more than six decades. Study after study confirms that fluoride is a dangerous, toxic poison that bioaccumulates in your body while being ineffective at preventing dental decay.

Dr. David Kennedy’s documentary film Fluoridegate — An American Tragedy,1 exposes the sordid truth about water fluoridation, and it has nothing to do with promoting dental health.

Water fluoridation came about as the result of a massively successful PR campaign, and was reportedly first suggested as a way to protect aluminum and steel producers from lawsuits against the fluorine pollution coming from their plant.

In fact, what’s being heralded as a safe and effective prophylactic against cavities is actually a toxic industrial waste product, and it’s being added to water supplies because they have so much to get rid of, and toxic waste disposal is expensive. In a nutshell, a solution was devised in which hazardous waste could be eliminated at a profit.

Water Fluoridation — The Willful Destruction of Children’s’ Health

Dr. Kennedy, who produced and directed the film, is no scientific slouch. He has a BA in Comparable Biochemistry and Physiology, and is the past President of the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Missouri in 1971. He has lectured about the safety of dental materials in the human body to dental professionals around the world, including before the World Health Organization (WHO).

The film includes a number of distinguished professionals;2 scientists, doctors and academics — some of which have paid a very steep price for revealing the toxic truth about fluoride, such as Dr. Bill Marcus, who was the Chief Toxicologist for the Office of Drinking Water at the time.

The US government had completed a cancer study on fluoride, and Dr. Marcus discovered the raw data simply did not fit the final conclusion. He subsequently wrote a report calling for the study to be reopened and investigated. Robert Carton, PhD, a scientist at the EPA, received a copy of the report, and with Dr. Marcus’ permission leaked it to the press. Dr. Marcus was subsequently fired and spent the next two-and-a-half years looking for another job.

“While the basis of their motivation remains uncertain, the outcome [of water fluoridation] is crystal clear: it is destroying our nation,” the film states.

The film places particular focus on how water fluoridation can harm young children, as they tend to suffer the greatest health effects. One important point to remember, which few pediatricians, dentists or other health professionals stress, is that you should NOT use fluoridated water when mixing infant formula. As Dr. Kennedy states on his website:

“One of California’s highest paid and most prolific Fluoridation advocate admits that giving an infant a formula made with fluoridated tap water will overdose the baby and cause the teeth to come in spotted and fluorotic. One can only wonder why such insanity persists in our country when it has been banned in so many other more advanced democracies.”

While the CDC has hailed fluoridation as one of the top 10 public health achievements of the 20th century, the evidence is stacking up against such a proclamation. Scientists from the EPA’s National Health and Environmental Effects Research Laboratory have classified fluoride as a “chemical having substantial evidence of developmental neurotoxicity,” and 25 studies have now reported an association between fluoride exposure and reduced IQ in children — including a recent study out of Harvard, in which the authors noted:

“The results support the possibility of an adverse effect of high fluoride exposure on children’s neurodevelopment.”

Facts About Fluoride You NEED to Know

You can review some of the documentation gathered together by Dr. Kennedy on the film’s website.3 This includes Dr. Marcus’ memorandum, surveillance data for dental fluorosis, and more. No matter which scientific studies you examine or which population trends you view, the only rational conclusion you can come to is that fluoride’s health dangers far outweigh the marginal dental benefits it might offer. The science is very clear about the following:
•Fluoride is a toxic industrial waste product that is a poison to your body and in no way a “nutrient,” offering no benefits at all to the human body. The fluoride added to water supplies can be contaminated with lead, arsenic, radionucleotides, aluminum and other industrial contaminants. Additionally, the fluoride added to municipal water supplies is not pharmaceutical grade.
•Fluoride exposure comes from tap water, most toothpaste and many antibiotics, including ones given to farm animals. There is a large variation in exposure levels, making it impossible to accurately predict these variables for any person, family or community.
•Fluoride exposure for many can easily reach toxic levels. For example, poison control should be called if you swallow a quarter milligram of fluoride from toothpaste. Meanwhile just ONE glass of water can contain this amount of fluoride.
•Fluoride is a cumulative poison that has been proven to cause wide-ranging, serious health problems, such as damage to your bones, brain and endocrine system.
•Dental caries can be prevented with means other than fluoridation, thereby avoiding the adverse effects of fluoride.

The Many Health Hazards of Long-Term Fluoride Exposure

It’s important to realize that fluoride is a cumulative toxin, which over time can lead to more serious health concerns than dental fluorosis (spotting on your teeth). Skeletal fluorosis from fluoride toxicity can be crippling and even deadly. The neurological effects are also quite disturbing.

As previously mentioned, there are now 25 studies showing fluoride is associated with diminished IQ, even at levels as low as 0.3 to 3 parts per million, which overlaps the range of fluoride added to the water supply in many American communities (0.7 to 1.2 ppm). About 100 animal studies have also linked fluoride to brain damage. Studies have shown fluoride toxicity can lead to the wide-ranging problems listed below.

The fluoride added to water supplies is a toxic industrial waste product. It’s not even pharmaceutical grade fluoride, which would be bad enough. Me and MS part three

I think most people who know me would all agree that I could be considered to be stubborn, that maybe so although I’d like to think of it as determined.

When I worked for Dr.Huggins in Colorado Springs I had access to the results of my blood tests which would be done six or more times each year, this would enable me to make adjustments to my diet and any supplements I took. Sadly that isn’t the case now, so I have to make adjustments based on how I feel which isn’t accurate as this can fluctuate daily. But this is where my determination comes into play, it’s easy to feel grotty after a run of several good days but instead of making radical changes I encourage myself to stick to it.

Over the past couple of month’s I’ve incorporated a ph water filter and Lipospheric vitamin C into my daily regimen and I’ve certainly been feeling better specifically in the mornings, this has resulted in more physical activity, I say that as if I’ve been running half marathons but it really only means I’ve been able to stand and do chores in the kitchen and some squats and leg exercises. But in reality that’s a big improvement so big smiles on my face.

Another influence is Baking soda………yes Baking soda, I read some research on baking soda a couple of years back that complimented the results found by two men I have the greatest respect for, my last employer Dr. Hal Huggins and Dr. Thomas E Levy. I’m drinking around three litre’s of water per day, occasionally I’ll forget to drink and suffer the consequences which are quite dramatic in that I will become very weak.

Fraudulent vaccine science and vaccine ethics…

In the following interview, Mike Adamsconducts a video interview with  neurosurgeon, researcher and writer Dr. Russell Blaylock – an expert on  excitotoxins like aspartame and MSG – about fraudulent vaccine science. Dr.  Blaylock reveals the disturbing truth about vaccine trials and ethics, as well  as very eye-opening breaking vaccine news.

Health Ranger: Hello  and welcome. This is Mike Adams, the Health Ranger for with a  special video interview with Dr. Russell Blaylock, a neurosurgeon and expert on  excitotoxins and extremely well informed on the toxicity on the brain that may  be caused by the chemical adjuvants and heavy metals and light metals even found  in vaccines. He joins us today by Skype video with a lot of breaking information  on this front. Dr. Blaylock, thank you for joining me today.

Dr.  Blaylock: Thank you, Mike.

Health Ranger: Well, the vaccine  world has gone crazy, Dr. Blaylock, they’re saying we should have mandatory  participation in vaccine trials now, no right to opt out. Why, tell us why is  that a crazy idea?

Dr. Blaylock: Well, it’s a violation of the  Nuremberg medical code, for one, you know this was to protect the public against  being experimental animals for governments or vaccine companies. So suddenly we  have this violation of Nuremberg protection, saying that you should be forced  into a vaccine trial. And if your health is destroyed during testing of this  experimental vaccine, then that’s just the price you pay for living in this  society. Well that’s not certainly consistent with the founding of this  republic, that people are forcibly put into experimental trials.

Health Ranger:  Well, right, but let me play devil’s advocate with you here for a second. The  vaccine promoters, pushers, propagandists, they say well for every, they say  sure a few people will die from the vaccines,  they admit that, but they say for every one person that is killed by a vaccine,  maybe a million people will be saved, thus it’s for the greater good of society.  What’s wrong with that logic, Dr. Blaylock?

Dr. Blaylock: Well,  it’s interesting, that’s the very same logic we heard in Nazi Germany, that  these actions are social, that we’re doing these things for the greater good.  That you have to look at the long view. Sure we’ll kill a couple million people,  or we’ll kill a couple thousand people while doing this experiment or that  experiment, but it’s for the greater good. So the greater good argument has  always led to these totalitarian abuses. And the fact is, most of the damage by  vaccines is hidden. We had the vaccine, a VAERS’s reporting  system, which is voluntary. But even there, we see that virtually millions of  reactions to vaccines reported. And when you hear vaccine proponents talk about  it you hear oh, it’s very rare that you have a reaction to a vaccine, which is a  complete lie. Even their data which is reporting only 2 to 10 percent of vaccine  complications shows that we’re seeing hundreds of thousands of serious  complications from a vaccine, and often as in the case of the Gardasil, the  serious complications to vaccine exceed the death rate from cervical cancer. So  this benefit to harm ratio says that we shouldn’t be doing this at all, that  vaccines should be outlawed. You’re harming more people than benefit from the  vaccine. And that’s the problem, they can hide this  information.

Health Ranger: Right, right they can always explain  it away or just bury it or even, they have the vaccine injury compensation  program which is this shadow court system that has more power than the U.S.  Supreme Court, that pays money out to parents, admitting that yeah your child  was damaged even made autistic by vaccines, but here we’re going to pay you this  money, it’s hush money, by accepting this settlement you agree not to talk about  it. That exists in American today, it’s a hush money pseudo-shadow government  court system.

Dr. Blaylock: Well and it’s vaccine injury court.  It’s extremely difficult to even appear before the court. I’ve known a number of  parents whose children were obviously destroyed by vaccines who never got a  hearing. So to actually get any money from the court is very difficult. Like you  say, even the results showing that a lot of children are neurologically damaged  by the vaccine is hidden. Public never hears about it.

Health  Ranger: Well, yeah that’s exactly right. Of course, the mainstream media  won’t cover it. People are only going to hear this here in the alternative  media. And along those lines, by the way, I want to encourage those watching to  check out your website Dr. Blaylock, which is of course  did I get that right?

Dr. Blaylock: That’s right.

Dr.  Blaylock: Not yet. But I did the introduction to Neil Z. Miller’s latest  book THE VACCINE SAFETY MANUAL, it’s a rather long introduction he allowed me to  write. So I have that, plus I have a book on autism, which links the vaccines  and the mechanism, the molecular mechanism by which it produces  autism.

Health Ranger: I would like to invite you by the way right  here on camera, we would like to publish your articles. Dr. Blaylock: You’re welcome to, appreciate  it.

Health Ranger: Well, let’s set it up after this. Just send us  your articles and we’ll get them posted for you. People need to see your  information, but getting back to the vaccine issue. Let me play devil’s advocate  with you again, because you know there’s so many counter arguments to this by  the industry. The industry will say ok well, let’s say that some children are  killed or maimed or made autistic by the vaccines, but it’s still important to  have a vaccine industry because someday there’s going to be a big pandemic and  if the vaccine industry doesn’t have this machinery and this investment in its  infrastructure it won’t be able to churn out the cure that saves us all from  total death and destruction. What about that defense there?

Dr.  Blaylock: Well, that’s assuming that we’re not going to have any capability  to produce a vaccine unless they’re allowed to make hundreds of millions of  dollars of profit, which is certainly not true. If we look at the science of the  vaccination process itself, it’s becoming evident that the way they do the  immunizations, the vaccine of sticking it into the muscle of your arm and your  leg actually suppresses a lot of your immune system, particularly in young  children. We found out that in fact it causes the immune system to switch to  what we call TH2 type cytokine production, which inhibits immunity. And your  major protection against virus, particularly the really virulent, deadly viruses  and bacteria is your cellular immunity. Well vaccines don’t stimulate cellular  immunity at all; in fact, they suppress it. It’s known if you look on the CDC  site they’ll tell you that for instance if a child gets a HIB vaccine for two  weeks they’re much more likely to get HIB and to die from it than they would if  you didn’t give them the vaccine. We see the same thing with the MMR vaccine,  the measles or rubella virus is an immunosuppressant, just like the HIV  virus.

Health Ranger: Yeah it’s extraordinary. We see news reports  very frequently where they talk about things like a measles outbreak, or a  whooping cough outbreak or a chicken pox outbreak. I notice they never tell you  the truth, which is that most of those involved in the outbreak were previously  vaccinated against the very thing that’s breaking out. It’s like the kids with  the measles are the ones who got the measles vaccine. They don’t tell you  that.

Dr. Blaylock: Well there’s several important things they  don’t tell you. Number one, when they have these so-called outbreaks, death from  the outbreak is extremely rare. Most of the kids just get a case of measles and  recover, just like millions of us did when I grew up. Now when I grew up there  was no measles vaccine. Virtually everybody in my classes got measles, all of us  recovered. I don’t remember anybody having a serious complication, but you  listen to the proponents today you would think the street was littered with the  bodies of dead children. It’s just nonsense. All of us got it, and the  difference is when we got the measles, we had life long immunity. And you look  on the CDC site now it says, well if you had the measles before 1960, than you  don’t need any vaccination. But if you get a vaccination for measles, you’ve  gotta keep getting vaccinated every five years or every two years in order to  keep your immune system active. But then you don’t get protection, that’s why an  outbreak- all of these outbreak cases, the vast majority of the children were  fully vaccinated.

Health Ranger: You know, I’m glad you mentioned  that because I find that the CDC has learned the tactics of the Department of  Homeland Security in using fear to market its own authority. Where DHS says  there are terrorists everywhere, so we need more searching, we need more  budgets, we need surveillance, the CDC says oh there are deadly viruses  everywhere, and outbreaks everywhere, therefore we need more budgets, we need  more vaccines, we need more infectious disease surveillance. It’s the same exact  tactic as the war-mongering engine, which is Department of Homeland Security.  It’s incredible.

Dr. Blaylock: Well the sad thing about it is all  these fears are predicated on absolute lies. For instance, if you look at  vaccine policy for a six-month-old baby, they’re giving them a diphtheria  injection, they’re giving them an injection for tetanus, and then you ask a  physician what is the risk of a child in the United States of America developing  tetanus if they’re not vaccinated. He doesn’t have a clue. Well, if you look  back before there was a tetanus vaccine, the incidence of tetanus in newborn  babies was almost nothing. Zero. Most of the tetanus cases were people over the  age of 25, and the number of tetanus cases in the United States was  infinitesimally small even before there was a vaccine. It gives the impression  that before these vaccines existed, these infections were just rampant and  massive, but when we look at the data, the historical data on these infections,  and that includes all the childhood infections, all of them were falling  drastically before there was even a vaccine invented. The vaccine came out on  the very end of the fall in these vaccinations. The reason is when you get  natural infections, over time the population develops massive immunity to the  infection.

Health Ranger: You know, I’m really glad you mentioned  that because there is a lot of revisionist history in, for example, polio. You  know, the talk about the polio vaccine was this great and wonderful thing, but  if you look at the actual history, polio was on the way out before the vaccine  even came in. And then you look at Jonas Salk, the famed inventor of polio, and  he ran illegal medical experiments using government money on innocent victims  who didn’t know they were being experimented on. I mean, it’s madness, and yet  no one is really told this history through conventional channels today,  astonishing.

Dr. Blaylock: Well if you read the history of the  polio epidemic, of course I grew up in the heyday of polio when there was no  vaccine. Well, we only had one child in my classroom who developed polio and she  just had a minor foot atrophy, leg atrophy. But you didn’t see many children who  ended up in an iron lung. When you see these pictures of the days of polio and  they show you these rooms full of iron lung, those are referral centers. They  took cases from all over the United States because they had the iron lung. You  look into regions for instance, you would find that in Haddenburg, Mississippi,  oh they may have had five or six cases and you look at another city, they have  one or two cases but if you combine them all it looks really impressive. These  are referral centers. It’s deception to what they’re doing. They know that most  of the people they’re addressing with this information was not alive at that  time, that the poliovirus was a mild summer virus that had been present forever  before, and that this appearance of paralysis was something that shocked  everybody because this was such a mild virus. Interestingly, the period at which  this virus suddenly changed its character to produce paralysis came on the foot  of the vaccination for diphtheria and pertussis. And that’s when they think the  vaccine itself either altered the immunity of these children or it mutated the  virus itself to make it paralytic.

Health Ranger: Well what a  great marketing scam. The vaccine comes along and actually weakens the immune  system, makes people more vulnerable to infection, and there are live viruses  inadvertently or maybe intentionally put into the vaccines that get out into the  wild. So the vaccines become a vector for introducing infection in some cases,  we saw that with Baxter Pharmaceuticals. So then the vaccines become their own  self-fulfilling prophecy. There’s infectious disease because the vaccines are  weakening the immune system and putting in the infectious disease, and then they  use the presence of infectious disease to call for more vaccines. It’s the  ultimate circular logic, marketing scam fiasco.

Dr. Blaylock: Well  it is, they know that most physicians know almost nothing about vaccines. They  don’t know what’s in it, they don’t know anything about the immunology of the  vaccination process, the don’t read its literature, but if you get into the  science of vaccines, how they work, you’ll find out in fact that they stimulate  the immune-suppressant part of the immune system. For instance, Hepatitis B-  they had this idea that they were going to vaccinate all the newborn babies  against hepatitis B. Well what happens? It prevents the baby’s immune system  from converting to a fully functional, cellular mediated type of immunity. And  it prolongs it for longer than a year after birth. So that made those infants  infinitely more susceptible to hepatitis B, it made them more susceptible to  HIB, so that then more kids get HIB infection and so they say oh well now we  need more HIB vaccination. Like you say, it just builds on  itself.

Health Ranger: It’s incredible, now they’re pushing flu  vaccines for pregnant women. I mean that would’ve been considered medically  insane just ten years ago, right? I mean when you were in medical training they  never would’ve given vaccines like that to a pregnant woman would  they?

Dr. Blaylock: Well the thing is, and this is my area of  interest, is that when you vaccinate a pregnant woman, particularly during  certain periods of pregnancy, you increase the risk of her child later in life  having schizophrenia and autism about six fold. And that’s because the vaccine  produces immune cytokines, particularly the interleukin 6, which has been shown  to cause brain alteration in the baby that leads to later life schizophrenia and  autism. Well, this research is very sound and repeated by numerous laboratories,  yet here comes along the vaccine people saying we need to start vaccinating  pregnant women. I was shocked beyond belief with this very powerful research  showing you’re going to massively increase the number of people having  schizophrenia and autism.

Health Ranger: But again, this is  another case of scientists throwing out the science. I mean, now you go into the  pharmacies and they have all these ads, you know, you versus the flu and they  show pregnant women and how your baby’s going to be healthy. Hallmark cards puts  out these vaccine reminders for new moms to make sure your child has these 18  vaccines. And then you get these stories from parents who say my baby was  healthy, I took them in, they were given 18 vaccines all at once, or sometimes 9  or 10 all at once, within hours, it was like lights out. And now they’re  autistic. You hear this time and time again and yet the mainstream medical  system, the circle the wagons system, just denies it all. Complete denial of any  of this, it’s absurd.

Dr. Blaylock: The shocking thing is is that  they even had a secret conference, the Simpsonwood Conference, in Georgia, in  which they collected their scientists and studies to see if giving these  vaccines with mercury in it caused neurodevelopmental problems. It was a secret  meeting. And their conclusion was, yes, it is causing neurodevelopmental  problems in these children. The more vaccines, the worse the problem.  Immediately, they clamped secrecy on it, said we can’t let this report be  released because if the parents ever find out what we’ve discovered they’ll be  afraid to vaccinate their children. The chairman of the committee said well I’ll  be durned if I have my grandchild vaccinated based on this information. But he  wouldn’t let the rest of the United States know this, it was just for his own  protection.

Health Ranger: That’s the thing, they’re protecting  the industry, they’re protecting each other’s salaries, credentials and  reputations, you know, forget safety, forget serving the public. It has become a  system that exists only to expand its own power and protect its own financial  interests. And that is not science, Dr. Blaylock, that is an industry of for  profit mythology, quackery and hucksterism, not science.

Dr.  Blaylock: No, in fact, I wrote an article that I’ll send to you, which  details and quotes these people directly, some of the shocking things they said  in this conference. That if parents knew it, they would never have their  children vaccinated with these dangerous vaccines. If they knew what the science  was, and this is what I hear people like Paul Offit who come forward and pretend  that the science is on their side. Well, the science is heavily on our side. We  have some of the biggest researchers in these areas on our side. They ignore it.  They know that the public is not gonna even know how to grasp hold of the  information and read it and understand it- it’s very complex immunology. Paul  Offit is an absolute liar when he tells these things. For instance, he says oh,  you can take 100,000 vaccines, 10,000 vaccines, it’s perfectly safe. I will give  a public challenge to Paul Offit- take 36 vaccinations for hepatitis B and let’s  see how you turn out. He won’t do it. Let’s take the CEO of Merck  Pharmaceuticals and say let me give you all the vaccine that you recommend all  at once, that you say is safe, and let’s see how you turn out. They won’t do  it.

Health Ranger: That’s absolutely brilliant, Dr. Blaylock, a  public challenge. Let’s have the CEOs of these vaccine companies take their own  medicine publically, multiple injections all at once and let’s see what  happens.

Dr. Blaylock: I think there should be a law that if the  CDC signs it, and the pharmaceutical vaccine manufacturers and people like Paul  Offit are going to say these things, by law they should get every vaccine that  they recommend.

Health Ranger: I agree, and hey if they ever do  that, can you and I administer the vaccines to these people?

Dr.  Blaylock: I would love to, but I guarantee you that the CEO of Merck  Pharmaceutical, you think he’d take his vaccines?

Health Ranger: I  remember these, these groups of scientists who are skeptical about homeopathy,  and that’s a whole other topic regardless of what you believe about homeopathy,  these people were out in public drinking gallons of homeopathy and saying well,  it doesn’t work because we’re not dead. But let’s flip that back on them, let’s  say why don’t you publically drink your chemotherapy, why don’t you publically  inject yourself with your vaccines? Why don’t you take your own medicine  publically and let’s see how many of you are left standing in 30  days.

Dr. Blaylock: Well I think you may remember the case in  Maryland not too long ago in which the court ordered 1,000 teenagers to be  vaccinated in a courtroom. Got 19 vaccines, which was unbelievable that anybody  would order such a thing. It’s assault and battery, it’s a violation of  Nuremberg code, well, I wrote an article on it for a paper in Maryland. I said  challenge the governor of that state who pressed this to receive all the  vaccines, or see if he’s had all the vaccines in his family. A reporter asked  him that. You know what his answer was? That’s my private business. He would not  admit that he didn’t vaccinate his children and his grandchildren or himself.  These people are liars because they won’t take the vaccine themselves. I’ll  guarantee you these people aren’t taking the flu vaccine every year. And I  guarantee that they didn’t take the H1N1 vaccine that they were hawking, but I  worked with a researched in the Czech Republic and we wrote a number of articles  which she translated into Czech, and I said that the President of the country  after reading these articles refused to take the H1N1 vaccine. The head of their  CDC-like organization was promoting it, but she refused to take the vaccine and  they ended up destroying millions of dollars of vaccine because nobody would  take them.

Health Ranger:You know, we see this reflected  throughout the global system of so-called scientists. We see it in the Monsanto  cafeterias, they won’t eat genetically modified food. We see the Queen of  England not consuming pasteurized milk, having raw milk delivered to her family  so they can drink raw, fresh milk. We see also in the UK I think there was a  group of global elitists there who ordered up green vaccines, safe vaccines for  their children which were single dose vaccines with no preservatives, no  adjuvants in them. So we do, we have this denial, even a famous TV medical  personality said publically his family isn’t vaccinated but he recommends that  you get vaccinated. Time and time again, double standard.

Dr.  Blaylock: Exactly, and we need to insist that anyone who makes a public  demand that people take their vaccines or promotes it, then we want to know- see  their vaccine records. And if not vaccinated, they should be vaccinated  publically by vaccines that are off the shelf because they would get distilled  water or saline. We want the heads of these companies and the boards of the  companies all to be vaccinated with every vaccine they manufacture. And Paul  Offit to get at least 36 hepatitis B vaccine all at once and videotape him for  the next three weeks.

Health Ranger: I think that’s a great idea,  and it can’t be vaccines that Paul Offit arranges himself because there’d be too  much fraud going on. We’re talking about off the shelf, go down to CVS pharmacy,  go down to Walgreen’s, let’s get off the shelf vaccines. We independently draw  the vaccine into the syringe and we inject him 36 times and see what  happens.

Dr. Blaylock: Well you see when you look at the aluminum  dosage that infants are getting with the hepatitis B vaccine, it was 50 times  higher than the EPA safety dose. So that equals to an adult getting about 36  different vaccines with hepatitis B. If that’s equal to what you’re giving to a  six month old baby or a year old baby, than Paul Offit let’s give you 36  vaccines of Gardasil or tetanus or one of these other high aluminum vaccines and  let’s see how you fare.

Health Ranger: You know what, I want to  work with you on this public challenge, Dr. Blaylock. I think it’s brilliant, I  think it proves the point and I bet you these so-called vaccine scientists will  never allow themselves to be injected with all these vaccines because they know.  Of course they know.

Dr. Blaylock: Of course they know, and I  guarantee you the same challenge to the scientists in the CDC that are promoting  them, I’ll guarantee you the scientists aren’t taking these  vaccines.

Health Ranger: Well I took a vial of fluoride to an  anti-fluoride town meeting about a decade ago and challenged the dentist there  to drink the fluoride and none of them would drink it. They know it’s toxic. It  would kill them.

Dr. Blaylock: It’s like oncologists, they did a  survey of oncologists. They asked them would you take the same chemotherapeutic  treatments that your patients take if you had cancer. 80 percent of them said  no. Now that’s more telling than anything else.

Health Ranger: It  really is, yeah.
